Tensei Kunpu - 2006

2006 Tensei Kunpu stage play report:

I went to see Tensei Kunpu for the second time at Aoyama Theater.

Just before the place went dark, Sho-kun, Jun-kun and Miyake Ken-kun arrived.

Seeing Sho-kun, I thought, “Ah, so that’s why it rains today!!!” (laughs)

From the left hand side of the stage, Sho-kun, Jun-kun, and Miyake Ken-kun (in that order) walked in from the door in the middle.

Sho-kun, Jun-kun, and Miyake-kun (in that order) took the seats right at the back of the middle, Ken-kun chose the seat at the side of the the aisle.

Sho-kun wore a black jacket and a purple v-neck inside, but it seemed like he wasn’t wearing any accessories. Jun-kun wore a grey trainer and parka with a black jacket and he wasn’t wearing his glasses. Ken-kun was wearing a black down jacket with intricate stitches.

The theater was noisy but as soon as the curtain was lifted, everyone’s focus turned to the stage. It’s only natural but I thought it was very cool.

There a few fans who waited near the door during the break, though.

☆During the scene where Sato-yan collapsed and had to be carried, the actor who carried Sato-yan called out, “Yosh, Sasuke (Sato-yan’s character)! Today let’s drink with Sho-kun and Matsujun!” and the audience erupted. I wanted to see how their faces looked like.

☆To other actors who asked Sato-yan, “Eh? Matsujun?” “Eh? Sho-kun?” he said, “That’s not what you’re supposed to say!” but the audience gave a big applause.
